Privacy

Your files stay on your device.

Stitch Catalog reads the embroidery files you select in your browser. It does not upload their contents, filenames, paths or previews.

Local processing

PES/DST parsing, ZIP extraction, preview rendering and CSV generation happen on your device. The print dialog is provided by your browser. Files and selections stay in page memory; they are not saved to an account, local storage or a server. Reloading or closing the page clears the collection. Your original files are never modified.

Website and example requests

Your browser requests the site’s HTML, scripts, styles and the included public example files from the host. The host may process normal request information, such as IP address, browser details and requested public URL, to deliver and protect the site. User-provided files and paths are not placed in URLs.

Anonymous website counts

We count successful public-page requests and generated CSV downloads by country, public page or format, and traffic category. Ordinary unmarked visits, internal verification, internal inspection and declared crawlers are reported separately. These counts do not identify people or confirm that a download was saved. Opening the print dialog is not counted as a completed PDF.

Our custom counters do not store your IP address, full browser identifier, file names, paths, designs, or query parameters. They honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control when available. A 30-day, site-only traffic-mode cookie is set only when an internal verification or inspection link is deliberately opened; ordinary visitors do not receive it automatically. Anonymous event records are retained for up to three months.

Downloads and printing

Your downloaded CSV and saved PDF may contain filenames or folder paths. Choose where to save them and who to share them with. The printed sheet includes filenames and IDs; the CSV contains the full imported paths. Printing to a network or cloud printer follows the settings of your device and printing service.

Examples

The included designs are public, original demonstration files. Loading them requests those fixed assets from the website. They are not taken from another user’s collection.
